As VC Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Educapital team in market monitoring and investment operations. In this context, you will have to:

• Monitor the Edtech & Future of Work markets in France, Europe and the US: follow the news and newsletters (fundraising, technology watch, trends, etc.), participate in the elaboration of market studies, conduct market analyses about French and European Edtech start-ups
• Participate in sourcing and managing the fund's deal-flow (participation in CRM management, attend Edtech events etc.)
• Support the team in the selection and analysis of targeted companies (pre-analysis, due diligence, competitive landscape, financial analysis etc.)
• Participate in the follow-up of start-ups in our portfolio

Qualifications

We’re primarily looking for someone who is passionate about technology, impact, and EdTech and the Future of Work.

• Being a student in a business and engineering school and apply either for a gap-year or an end-of study internship
• First professional experience either in :
• Demanding finance fields (M&A, PE, TS, Audit, VC) and/or,
• Startup Ecosystem : operational or strategic experience in startups/scalups or incubator/accelerator.
• Qualities : driven, proactive, team spirit, great communication skills, ready to be hands-on on many topics
